Welcome to Crypgo! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Crypgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Crypgo.

1. General overview

1.1 Eligibility

  • Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the applicable laws.
  • Not be barred or restricted from accessing Crypgo due to legal or regulatory reasons in your jurisdiction.
1.2 Platform Access

Crypgo offers a fast and secure cryptocurrency exchange for Android and iOS users. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including tax regulations.
  • Use Crypgo solely for lawful purposes.
  • Not attempt to disrupt or harm the Platform through unauthorized access, data mining, or any other malicious activity.
1.3 Updates to Terms

Crypgo reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. User accounts and security

2.1 Account registration

To use our services, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and verification documents as required by Crypgo’s Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide accurate or timely information may result in account suspension or termination.

2.2 Account responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) settings. You agree not to share your login credentials with third parties and to notify Crypgo immediately in the event of unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Account termination

Crypgo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at our discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, a violation of these Terms, or illegal behavior.

3. Services provided

3.1 Cryptocurrency exchange

Crypgo enables users to trade, buy, and sell supported cryptocurrencies. Supported currencies and trading pairs may change at Crypgo’s discretion.

3.2 Wallet services

Crypgo offers a secure cryptocurrency wallet for storing supported digital assets. While Crypgo implements industry-standard security measures, users are solely responsible for safeguarding their private keys and ensuring the safety of their assets.

3.3 Transaction limits

Crypgo may impose limits on deposits, withdrawals, and transactions based on account verification levels and regional regulations.

3.4 Fees

All transactions are subject to applicable fees, which will be disclosed on the Platform before you confirm a transaction. Fees may vary based on transaction type, volume, or market conditions.

4. Prohibited activities

By using Crypgo, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:
  • Using Crypgo for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing.

Crypgo does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. All decisions to trade, buy, or sell cryptocurrencies are made at your discretion and at your own risk. Consult with a qualified professional for advice tailored to your financial situation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypgo and its affiliates shall not be held liable for:
  • Any loss of funds, data, or profits resulting from your use of Crypgo services.
  • Errors, delays, or interruptions in Crypgo services caused by technical issues, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.

Crypgo’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to Crypgo in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
